For real-time store-level reporting, the most accurate sources are the official artist backends at Spotify and Apple Music — both update daily and are free to access.
For the most up-to-date streaming data at Spotify and Apple Music, we recommend going directly to their artist backends. Spotify for Artists and Apple Music for Artists both provide daily updated stream counts, listener demographics, playlist activity, and trends — directly from the source.
Spotify for Artists is available at artists.spotify.com. Apple Music for Artists is available at artists.apple.com. Both are free to access and require you to claim your artist profile if you haven't already.
Third-party platforms like Chartmetric aggregate data across multiple stores but may have a slight delay depending on the source. For store-specific numbers, the official backends are always the most accurate.
